The best time of year to visit Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar the coldest capital in the world. The winter takes a very long time in this city. The average 24-hour temperature in January and February is around or slightly below the minus 20 degrees Celsius (-4 Fahrenheit), while the mercury can drop some nights to no less than minus forty degrees Celsius (-40 F).
