In Tuscany, the months of May, June, September and October bring pleasant weather, with average temperatures ranging between 20°C (68°F) and 27°C (81°F).

The coldest month is usually in January.

When it comes to rainfall, Tuscany sees significant variations throughout the year. November tends to be the wettest, receiving 130 mm (5.1 in) of rain, while July is much drier with just 32 mm (1.3 in).

July is the sunniest period, with ideal conditions for exploring the region and all it has to offer.

Tuscany is one of the most beautiful regions of Italy and best known for its landscape, but also for its famous wines. Tuscany has relatively little rain fall and has an average of 2300 hours of sunshine per year. The most sunny and warm period is in July and August. During this period the temperature sometimes can reach up to 40°C (104°F) and even at night it does not drop below 30°C (86°F).

The weather in Tuscany can be quite unpredictable in the winter months. However in general, the climate in Tuscany is very pleasant. The best time to visit Tuscany is from May until June or September until October with pleasant temperatures and little rain.
