Is September the best time to visit Tibet?

In our opinion, September may not be the ideal time to visit Tibet due to the typically unpleasant weather in Lhasa.

Generally speaking, the best visiting conditions can be found in May, June, July and August offering mostly tolerable weather in Lhasa. On the other hand, the months of January, February, November and December tend to have poor weather conditions.
