Ho Chi Minh City Climate by Month
From May to October the wet season occurs while July to November the typhoon season can cause violent tropical storms. The rainy season though isn't entirely a bad time for visiting Ho Chi Minh City as it rains there only for an hour or two during the afternoon.
We recommend visiting Ho Chi Minh City from November until March when it's dry and the temperature and humidity are also much lower compared to the rest of the year. The city can be very busy during this period so it is recommended to book a place to stay in advance.
