Hard lockdown for majority of the UK population

Due to rising infection rates, three quarters of the UK population will be subject to a severe lockdown starting from tomorrow. The Uk Government has announced that the strictest measures will be introduced in new regions at midnight. This means, among other things, that non-essential shops and catering establishments have to close.
