Saint-Martin has a tropical climate. Throughout the year the temperature is around 30°C, this makes it the perfect destination if you want to escape winter.

The seasons are formed by a dry summer and rainy season. The rainy season begins in June and lasts until December. During this time you will experience brief and heavy showers alternated with beautiful weather the same day. Saint-Martin has an average of 8 hours sunshine per day throughout the year. Despite the high temperatures it feels cooler due to the blowing trade winds. In the evenings you might even need a sweather on some days.

The hurricane season in the Caribbean is from the end of summer till November. Saint-Martin has a fairly high risk of hurricanes during this period.
