Covid update for Norway


Norway Norwegian announces lockdown in Oslo and neighbouring municipalities

Oslo and nine neighboring municipalities are in lockdown. The Norwegian government announced that non-essential shops will have to keep their doors closed from Saturday afternoon. Education must take place more remotely and sporting events are no longer allowed.

The lockdown is in place at least until February 1.
