Austria Austria gets third lockdown

According to Austrian media, the Austrian Government has announced a new lockdown: from 25 December to 18 January. Schools, the vast majority of shops and businesses and the hospitality industry are closing. People with a contact profession also have to close their doors temporarily.

If the message is correct, Austria will go into lockdown for the third time. The second lockdown took effect in November and was in effect until the beginning of this month.
