Wearing a wet suite is allowed, regular swimming movements are not allowed! The aim of the competition is to clear your way as quickly as possible through a 55 meter long swamp. A small advantage for the participants: the event takes place on the August Bank Holiday (1st Monday of August), so the water is slightly warmer than the rest of the year.
