Climate and Weather of Turks & Caicos Islands
The Turks and Caicos islands have a tropical climate with two distinct seasons: a wet period and a drier period. Most rain falls in the last months of the year. The rest of the year the rainfall is very moderate compared to other islands in the Caribbean. In the wet period, the humidity can rise considerably.Temperatures are fairly even throughout the year and are warm between 25°C and 35°C. The Turks and Caicos islands are located in an area that is often hit by typhoons. From July to December, tropical storms and cyclones can occur. January, February, March and April are the best months to travel to the Turks and Caicos Islands. These months you will avoid the rainy and hurricane season.
