Climate and Weather of Brunei Darussalam

Brunei has a tropical rainforest climate with an average annual temperature of 27°C. Almost every month experiences a lot of rain. On average around 3000 mm of precipitation falls each year. Brunei does not have dry periods, but it has two monsoon periods. The northeast monsoon is active from December to February, the southwest monsoon from June to October.

The period February to April is slightly drier, making this the best travel time to visit Brunei. It is also the most sunny period.
