Puerto Rico Puerto Rico reopens beaches

Puerto Rico has relaxed its Covid-19 restrictions by reopening beaches to the public and reducing the length of nightly curfews.

Beaches has originally only been open for individual sports but starting on January 8th, 2021 all beaches will open to the public for recreational use.

Puerto Rico List of countries that are banned to enter Puerto Rico

Travelers from the following countries are banned from entering Puerto Rico: 

  •     All European Union Countries
  •     China
  •     Brazil
  •     UK
  •     Ireland
  •     Iran

All travelers from approved countries must present proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test no older than 72 hours (From when test was performed until arriving in Puerto Rico). 

Failure to present proof of a negative test will result in a mandatory 14 day self quarantine.
