Hungary Hungary tightens measures

In Hungary, corona measures are being tightened. Secondary schools, universities and restaurants must close their doors. The same goes for theatres, cinemas and gyms. An evening curfew will also be introduced from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. In addition, sporting events take place without an audience and large groups of people are no longer allowed to gather.

Prime Minister Orbán did not want to tighten up the measures for fear of the impact on the economy. Now he's turned around because he's afraid the hospitals won't be able to handle the pressure, he said in a video on Facebook.
