Covid update for Austria


Austria Lockdown Austria extended until February 7

In Austria, the hard lockdown is extended for another two weeks until 7 February. This is reported by the Austrian news agency APA, based on sources from the team who are negotiating the corona measures.

The country has been in lockdown since December 26. Catering establishments and shops are closed and Austrians are only allowed to leave the house for necessary cases. Schools also remain closed.
