Covid update for Italy


Italy Italians need to stay at home during Christmas and New Year

Italians are not allowed to travel outside their region during Christmas and New Year's Eve. In doing so, the government wants to prevent the country from ending up in a third coronary wave. The curfew also remains in place during the holidays.

Italy expects to begin large-scale vaccination against covid-19  early January.
