Covid update for Greece

Greece Greece requires masks in all public areas

Greece is going to make the wearing of masks compulsory in all public spaces. That was announced by the Greek Minister of Civil Protection.

Greeks are also not allowed to visit elderly people in care homes and hospitals until at least mid-August. At weddings and funerals a maximum of 100 people are allowed. In addition, everyone should be able to sit in restaurants and cafes.

In Greece, masks were already mandatory in public transport, supermarkets and several other public areas.
